It could be but I am a firm believer in the diet and keeping track of what you eat so that you can see what may be causing your IBS. We humans think we can put all sorts of crapola in our bodies with no bad results but sometimes it fights back. I for one cannot handle lots of sugar and sodas and some chips. All that good stuff is not good. Darn it.
