Infant Digestive Problems?So my 6 month old has been so fussy since the day he was born... We tired everything from soy formula to reflux medicine which has helped a little but now that he is getting older he has started solids... He does fine on rice cereal but as soon as i have given him anything else he becomes extremely irritable and has been waking in the night... Nothing can explain this my only guess is food allergies... But i have wondered how could he be allergic to both sweet potatoes and squash? cause that is the only food he has been exposed to.. So then i have wondered if he could be having digestive problems in breaking down the food.... Who knows i am at a loss and desperate for help... Has any one had these similar problems in their infants??
He is currently on Soy milk... Tried the Hypoallergenic kind and he wont even eat it... So i am not knowing what else to do...

give him foods that are easier to digest and try giving him drinks of water

have you checked whether hes milk and soya intollerant? 1 in 3 babies that are allergic to milk are actually also allergic to soy and he may need a hypoallergenic formula like my daughter has prescribed called nutramigen...as she cant take either normal formulas or soya formulas and has to have that one x
