Gastrointestinal Problems?Been noticing some unpleasant symptoms as of late:
1. Cramping and the feeling of having to pass gas, but not being able to. This seems to be worsened by foods high in fiber, like whole wheat bread.
2. A dull, acute pain that comes and goes around my navel
3. Occasional green stool
Any ideas what's going on?
