Not sure if what you wanted are the most common digestive ailments/disorders or diseases. These differ from each other although a disease is also an ailment/disorder.
Diseases are: Celiac, IBS and IBD.
Disorders/Ailments are: Constipation, diverticulosis, ulcers and cirrhosis.
I don't believe you asked for all GI problems, just the most common ones.
Now that you know what they are, you can research what they and how they affect a person yourself.
