Digestive System problem?

Digestive System problem?Ever since the 29th of February, I have been waking up at around 3-5 AM having to poo. Now on that day, I was bullied so I figured that this was a result of stress or something like that. The problem was resolved and im not nervous anymore but this is still happening. Also, on the 3rd of March, 3 days later, I started a new workout routine after working out for 3 months. This new routine adds in an extra day and focuses on certain muscles instead of the whole body. My family believes that since this workout routine is harder and new, my digestive system has started to speed up and causes me to poo earlier than usual. I havent necessarily changed my diet hugely, but i started having sub sandwiches for lunch instead of hot dogs and french fries. So that might be a reason. Im 15 and a half and 5'4" weighing 124 pounds. Why is this happening and when is it going to stop? Ive been losing so much sleep because of this and lose my appetite in the morning so i dont eat a full breakfast.

Try to go back to bed after your poo. This should help to train your body back to normal routine.
