The mouth produces amylase to digest starches;
The stomach produces pepsin that breaks apart proteins;
The pancreas produces tripsin that breaks apart peptides;
The small intestine produces sucrase to break apart sucrose.

Three malfunctions of the digestive system would be:
1. Not producing certain enzymes such as lactase which leads to dairy intolerance.
2. Diarrhea which is an infection of the colon
3. acid reflux which is leakage of stomach acid back up the esophagus

Bile's function is the break (emulsify) apart fats so that another enzyme, lipase, can further break down fats.

Bile aids in the emulsification, digestion, and absorption of fats.
Salivary glands, stomach, small intestine, and pancreas all produce enzymes
and as for the malfunctions acid reflux

Salivary gland produces ptyalin
Gastric gland produces pepsin
Pancreas produces lipase, amylase, trypsin, chymotrysin
Succus entericus has carboxypeptidase, aminopeptidase, lipase, sucrase, maltase, lactase, nuclease etc
Malfunctions lead to
Ulcer, jaundice, constipation
Bile produces bile juice which makes the food alkaline(chyle) from acidic food(chyme) which is essential for enzymatice digestion in the intestine. Bile emulsifies fat so that its digestion becomes possible.
