Digestive problem?

Digestive problem?I've had a digestive problem on and off for 2 years now......I eat my breakfast (Muesli) at 6:30 am, go poop at 8 am, and then go to school, but I still have problems. I have to go poop again! And it is getting really annoying. I tried changing breakfast but it doesn't help. I've changed lunches and the exact same thing happens. Then at the end of school, my stomach hurts again. If it helps, I'm a vegetarian (for 2 years) and overcame bulimia (2 years ago too.)Any Advice?

If you are a vegetarian, then you are no doubt getting high amounts of fiber in your diet. Also, your breakfast cereal has high fiber in it. This is just causing you to be quite regular. It is healthy, and even normal to go up to 3 times a day. This is normal. Your body has an internal clock set now for you to expel waste and cleanse itself. This is something that many of us have a hard time achieving. You are fine, just let your body do its thing!

You may be consuming too much fiber. It is also possible that you have IBS, irritable bowel syndrome, if you alternate between constipation and diarrhea.
