Digestion problems?I have stopped eating dairy about 3 weeks ago, and I am still having digestive problems. Any ideas on what else could be causing them? I eat vegetarian, so that means alot of beans and soy.

eating vegetarian does not necessarily mean lots of beans and soy. you can get protein in other ways.

you should look into food combining. for some people, eating certain foods at the same time as other foods causes digestion problems. do some research on the topic; it could be eye-opening.

Give it time. Also, if you're eating more fruits and veggies, your body is probably still trying to get used to that. Some people also have sensitivities to soy. I didn't have a problem with it until I quit eating it for 5 months last year, then when I started again I noticed I start having reactions to it.
