Digestion Problem?

Digestion Problem?Well, I only go to the Bathroom once every 3 days, but I try hard to clear out my stomach every morning, If I take medication, then it clears out my stomach, after that nothing happens, I really do not want to be on medication, and probably because of Digestion Problem, my stomach makes noises in school, any good way to get my flow back?

*I am talking about pooping
To the first answer: I eat Apple everyday, and drink milk almost every other day! I also drink around 3-4 Bottles of water! I have been having this problem for a month now!

You need to increase the fiber in your diet. Eat more fresh fruits and veggies and eat prunes or drink prune juice daily. Also try a fiber product like benfiber or citrucel at least once or twice a day.

take some soluble fibers (Metamucil). exercising helps this a lot also, because when running or jumping, it forces everything down. when I'm irregular, i jump on a small trampoline I've got for exercise about 20 minutes of that every day, should get your regular. I've got IBS (irratle bowel syndrome) so I'm always irregular. God Bless!

hey buddy, try this ;

1. take a spoon full of honey with a spoon full of lemon( mix them well. before u take thenm) in the morning before u take ur bed cofee(if u do) or before u eat anything..

2. try this too...have a sweet pan or just leaves after ur night meals( the pan is a good digestive agent).

3. if the above doesnot work ,
visit a physician... remember two things ...infection is present in ur stomach iff a)u cannot have a good motion
b)u are not feeling hungry even after weak diet!
