Digestion problem?i went to the doctor about a week ago with pharingitis(a sore throat) and i was given a Z Pack antibiotic and it had side effects of nausea, diearea, and abdominal pain. I have had all of those. I ate dinner and around 4 hours later i had diearea and i saw the peas i had for dinner in in perfect form (gross i know). But is it just the antibiotic or a stomache virus or digestion problem. By the way i probobly ate fast and didnt chew my food well.

antibiotics can cause diarrhea..just be sure to drink plenty of fluids
