can you get stomach cancer from having a slow digestive system and alot of acid in your stomach?Or will your stomach just erode?

I don't think that you can get cancer but you may have heart burn. Not as painful as what you may think, it's just a burning feeling but no you won't get cancer. Talk to your doctor that may help.

you want your body to have an alakline ph balance. Diseases cant live in an alakline environment there are foods to eat that can help accomplish this

not really. cancer is caused by a failure to stop making cells in mitosis. If the acid causes a mutation in a cell then maybe, but i would ask a doctor if you are that worried about it.
