Can anyone give me a list of what i cant eat or drink if i have digestive problems?
i have bloating and costipation, some dude told me i cant eat chocolate and caffeine but im not sure so i wrote this question.

What kind of digestive problems? Yuu may want to stick with foods that have a lot of fiber.

I know that you could eat this yogurt called activia if you like yogurt.Sorry if that's not much help but that's all that I know of.
