Are there any digestive disorders that can be transmitted from person to person?The symptoms are similar to IBS, Crohn's disease, etc and last for months. In my research, I've read that there are good and bad bacteria involved with the digestive system. Could these be affected by having sexual contact with another person?

Giardia is a parasite, easily transmitted among people, usually by unwashed hands touching food,which causes foul smelling runs and often sulphur tasing burps to go with it.
