Anyone use kefir to help stomach problems?My husband has had stomach problems for awhile and we have been to doctors with out any help from them. Someone suggested that he try something called kefir. Has anyone taken this for stomach digestion issues? Did it help you and how much should someone start out with if they have never taken it before. Basiclly I am asking also if he takes too much are their going to be any weird side effects.
