Do you just want three different possible afflictions?
Celiac disease - inability to tolerate gluten
Crohn's disease - inflammation of the digestive tract
Diverticulitis - pouches in weak spots in the colon that become inflammed

Diseases, you mean? If so, IBD (broken down into Ulcerative Colitis and Crohns), IBS, and (though not really a disease) reflux.

With malfunction of gastric gland, one can have gastritis, gastric ulcer.
With malfunction of liver--there may be jaundice, less digestion of fat.
With less movement of colon, there may be constipation, colitis etc.
