19 yr old female- NO sex drive! HELP!?Ok... this is embarassing, but i absolutely HATE my OB-GYN, and i want someone else's imput.
So, I am 19 years old, relatively healthy. I live with my fiance and i love him very much. about 5 months ago, are sex life was amazing, but now we hardly have sex at all! this is not normal for 19 and 21 year old couples! I took the depo-provera birth control shot on october 2, 2008, and i thought it might have been responsible for my lack of interest in sex, but i haven't had the shot since then, and it is supposed to stay in your system for about 11 to 13 weeks... also, i do have panic disorder and gi disorders, but they have never seemed to mess with my sex life.
can anybody please tell me what to do??? this is ruining my relationship :(
and NO, he is not pressuring me to have sex. He knows that there is something going on with me physically and he feels bad because he knows it is causing me distress. He is VERY supportive, so please, dont attack him. and YES, i do really love him. that isn't the question either...

If you don't, maybe it's your body and minds way of warning you?
And if you do...maybe try something exiting and different ( not gonna go into details...LOL )

Ahhh, you're thinking too hard. One's sex life can get stagnant at any age. You just have to spice things up. Try doing something crazy. Have sex in a park. Whatever your dark passion is, let it out. I'm sure he's got some he's not sharing either.

How often is "hardly at all"? Are you on any meds or do you use any drugs? Do you still masturbate? A doctor or therapist would need to know that in order to get any ideas.
Exercise can help increase your sex drive.
Keep in mind that there is a natural reduction after about 6 months of a relationship.
Look up info on"sensate focusing".
